Suite-style halls are intended for students who have achieved sophomore status or 更高的. These air-conditioned units offer suite double or suite single options. Standard furnishings include XL twin bed frame and mattress, 桌子上, 椅子, 梳妆台, 厨柜和书柜. No common space furnishings are provided. The halls also feature common area study lounges. Laundry services are included as part of the housing fees and machines are provided in each housing facility.

Shirley Hilger Hall, 原新堂, was dedicated and named for the late Shirley Hilger, a beloved Carroll staff member who worked in the Office of Admission. Each suite includes two double-occupancy rooms joined by one common bathroom. The building has air conditioning, 电梯, and the second and third floors each have a galley kitchen with a microwave, 烤箱, 水槽和烤面包机. It also has conference rooms, 办公室, the Office of Information Technology and a lower-level Technology Center with classrooms and computer labs. The building is conveniently attached to the university's 校园中心, allowing residents easy access to dining options and social spaces. Main Hall is a four-minute walk from Hilger's main entrance.
前沿大厅 features suite-style accommodations for 231 students on the upper three floors in four or five-person suites. Each unit has private bedrooms, 两间浴室, a living area and kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. 前沿大厅 offers air conditioning, elevators and Pioneer Card access to exterior doors and to each unit. It also has limited underground parking and full kitchens with microwave, stove and refrigerator in common areas on each floor. The ground floor houses the 威尼斯游戏大厅 Idea Lab, Crave dining location and other retail outlets. Main Hall is just a short seven-minute walk away.
先锋大厅 is a co-ed, four-story residential community housing 264 residents in four-person suites. Each unit has private bedrooms, 两间浴室, a living area and kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. 先锋大厅 has air conditioning, elevators and Pioneer Card access to exterior doors and to each unit. Other amenities include limited underground parking, full kitchens with microwave, stove and refrigerator in common areas on each floor, 以及 Pioneer Fitness Center constructed in Summer 2020 on the ground floor. Located on the western edge of Carroll's campus, 先锋大厅 provides easy access to Hartel Field, and is only a six-minute walk from Main Hall.
草原大厅 is a co-ed, three-story residential community housing 128 residents in four or five-bedroom suites. Each unit has private bedrooms, 两间浴室, a living area and kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. 草原大厅 offers air conditioning, elevators and Pioneer Card access to exterior doors and to each unit. Other amenities include limited underground parking, full kitchens with microwaves, stove and refrigerator in common areas on each floor, lounge and study areas. The ground floor features the RecSports Fitness Center workout facility. You can reach Main Hall in just a short five-minute walk.
